THE VENUE
Just 30 minutes from downtown Dallas, nestled in the Texas countryside, our 30 acre resort is a tableau of beauty and nature. Create moments to utilize the bridges over the ponds, stunning pool, tree lined meadows, magical oak trees strung with lights, and two story cedar barn to take your guests on your journey to celebrate your forever. Your possibilities are endless. Any transformation is possible and yet, you could have the will to add nothing to what is provided to you. Your vision that represents your love is what we want your guests to feel.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Beautifully tucked into the trees, hidden in the back of our 30 acres, are nine Airstream and vintage trailers for you and the guests with which you want to share your weekend. Be surrounded by the ones you love.

What is your favorite season? When do you want to celebrate your anniversary for years to come? We adore how everyonehas a different time of year that brings them to life.
Spring
Wonderful colors of wildflowers everywhere and the feeling of new life for the year – starting with the trees blooming and enjoying the sun on your skin. Spring is the definition of the beginning.
Summer
The smell of your favorite sunscreen, with refreshing cool drinks, and light linens to wear. It exudes joy and fun heartedness and a chilled pool party will be a favorite moment for your overnight guests.
Fall
There’s something that happens when you see the fall leaves in the trees changing and the holiday season beginning. You crave love and family and it’s just perfect in the cool breeze of the fresh air.

VENUE HOST
Your Venue Host is great support for you leading up to your event. She will contact you 90 days before your date and collect any information that pertains to the venue. She will also schedule a Walk-Through of the venue with you. Your Venue Host is not a planner or coordinator, we do require you have a coordinator.

SECURITY
The Range will hire security for your wedding.
RESTROOM ATTENDANTS
There will be a designated restroom attendant to maintain all restrooms during your wedding.
PARKING ATTENDANTS
Complimentary parking attendants will be provided for under 75 guests. 75+ guests will need valet hired by you.

We have an authentic Italian handmade wood burning pizza oven and love to use it. Have a two and a half hour coursed pizza dinner the night before your wedding or even local Rosewood Ranches wagyu cheeseburgers for a relaxed affair. *

This time is yours to use. Plan an afternoon rehearsal or any time you like! We’re here for you.
