The Restaurant & Saturday Dinner
Executive Chef Keith Browning is expanding the restaurant at The Range with some delicious options. Offering a la carte meals on Fridays (times vary and will be provided at check in), and brunch and dinner on Saturdays by reservation.
Join us for Chef Keith’s Wagyu Steak Dinner on Saturday nights! Start the evening with an appetizer happy hour on the patio, and when you’re ready head inside for a refreshing salad. At the buffet table, Chef Keith will be serving up a mouthwatering selection of Wagyu beef, chicken and vegetable sides. And finish with dessert around the fire pit!
Our restaurant offers family-style dining in our two-story, open-air cedar barn. Reservations are required for resort guests and general public. Reservations are available up to 2 weeks in advance. Make your reservation here:

The Globetrotter Bar
Located next to the barn’s covered patio, our converted 1959 Airstream bar features Texas brewed beers, Texas liquors, hand-picked wines, cocktails, hard seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages.
