The Globetrotter Bar

Located next to the barn’s covered patio, our converted 1959 Airstream bar features Texas brewed beers, Texas liquors, hand-picked wines, cocktails, hard seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages. Open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

With Executive Chef Keith Browning at the helm, our restaurant is expanding! Here are the current restaurant offerings:

Charcuterie Boxes
Available Thursdays through Sundays, Chef Keith creates beautiful charcuterie boxes full of cheese, meat, fruit, nuts, honey and crackers. Perfect for 2 people! Pick up from the bar during your stay. $25. Pre-orders required – please email to reserve yours.

Enjoy a la carte options like the Brisket Hoagie and Smoked Chicken Salad, and plenty of choices for kids too. See full menu below. Available Fridays from 12-2pm and 4-6pm; order at the bar. No reservations required.

Saturday Breakfast
Come for Breakfast Over The Fire! Have some pastries while watching Chef Keith cook a full breakfast over our huge fire pit next to the barn, then head inside to enjoy his labors. See full menu below. Saturdays at 10am. Reservations required.

Saturday Dinner
Join us for Chef Keith’s Wagyu Steak Dinner! Start the evening with an appetizer happy hour on the patio, and when you’re ready head inside for a refreshing salad. At the buffet table, Chef Keith will be serving up a mouthwatering selection of Wagyu beef, chicken and vegetable sides. And finish with dessert! Saturdays at 7pm. Reservations required.

The Last BBQ – Saturday 10.2.21 at 7pm
Say farewell to summer with the last special BBQ of the year! Executive Chef Keith Browning is serving up brisket, ribs, sliders and sides. Reservations required.

BOO in the Barn – Saturday 10.30.21 at 7pm
Celebrate Halloween with a special meal for adults and a spooky buffet for kids! Reservations required.

Our restaurant offers family-style dining in our two-story, open-air cedar barn. Reservations are required for resort guests and general public. Reservations are available up to 3 weeks in advance. If you have a group larger than 14 people, please email us on to make your reservation.
