Please read the terms and conditions below carefully. Your use of the website www.therangevtr.com and your completed booking constitutes your acceptance of these terms.  

Check In and Check Out 
Check In: 2pm-6pm (CST) for rental trailers, 1pm-6pm (CST) for open sites
*Early check ins may be possible with prior arrangement (subject to availability).
*Late arrivals – please get in touch to let us know if you will be arriving after 6pm.  

Check out time: 11am (CST) for all guests 
*Late check outs may be possible with prior arrangement (subject to availability).
In order to ensure availability for incoming guests please plan prompt departures. 

Minimum Stay Requirements 
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends (Friday-Sunday). Some holidays will also require minimum stays. Some weekends the minimum stay can be relaxed – get in touch with us!  

Bookings and Payment
The full cost of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until your credit card has been charged. 

All rates are per room per night, exclusive of taxes, gratuities or service charges. All stays are subject to applicable local and state taxes plus a cleaning fee of $20 per rental trailer.  

Rates are subject to change without notice. 

We accept all major credit cards. We accept cash and credit card for payment of goods and services while at The Range. We do not accept personal checks.  

You must be 21 or older to make bookings at The Range.  

People other than those listed on the booking reservation may not stay overnight in the trailer or on the property. 

This is a privately owned venue. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Cancellations & Changes
We appreciate as much notice as you can give us when your plans change.  

If you need to change your reservation and your arrival date is within 10 days, you will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s rate plus tax.  

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask you notify us at least 10 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days (but more than 48 hours) prior to arrival date are subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s rate plus tax. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your stay will not be refunded.  

If you are cancelling your reservation due to a severe weather warning, you will be charged for your stay and issued a gift certificate to stay with us at a later date. 

There are no credits or refunds for early departures or no shows. 

Cancellations or Changes Made By Venue: The Range reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation on the part of The Range is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full. 

Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. Restaurant, Bar and Store may be unavailable/closed with no notice.

Specific site and/or trailer reservations are not guaranteed and subject to change. We reserve the right to move your reservation to another trailer or site. We will do the utmost to fill specific requests and we will make every effort to leave you in the trailer or site you have selected.  

BYO Trailers / Open Sites
We welcome only Airstream or vintage trailers to stay in open sites at The Range. This includes Airstreams of any age and trailers 25 years or older. If you have a different brand of vintage trailer that you think would qualify, please call us

Extra Persons 
Each rental trailer has a set maximum number of people that can be accommodated; extra persons are not permitted.  
Open trailer sites can accommodate up to 4 people. If you require additional people at your open site, please get in touch with us.

Children
We love having children stay with us at The Range. Some of our rental trailers do not allow children under the age of 12 – please see each trailer page for that information. Children are welcome at BYO trailer sites. We have a variety of activities to keep kids entertained and can recommend off-site activities too. 

Pets
Pets are welcome at The Range, but pets are not allowed in the rental trailers. If you are bringing your own trailer and have pets, we ask you to please let us know when booking. There is no fee. We allow two pets per site. Dogs must be kept on a maximum 6 ft leash at all times outside of your trailer. Dogs must be under owner supervision and may not be left unattended (inside or outside of trailer) at any time. As a courtesy to others, owners are expected to “clean up” after their pets at their site and across the property. There may be a fee if you do not clean up. We reserve the right to refuse any pet. Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed. The Range is not liable for any damage or injury caused to another person or animal on property, and will hold the pet owner responsible.

Dog park area: dogs are allowed off-lead in the dog park area. Dogs must be under owner supervision at all times. All other rules also apply.   

Good Neighbor Policy 
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. This is a privately owned venue, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Parking
Parking on property is limited to 1 vehicle per site unless authorized prior to your arrival. 

Housekeeping 
Your rental trailer and/or open site will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping service is not provided. However housekeeping service can be provided upon request for a fee if necessary. 

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in rental trailers. If you smoke inside your rental trailer, a cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged to your credit card. The non-smoking policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and cannabis. Smoking is not permitted in communal buildings, including the barn, bathhouse and store. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly when smoking outside.

FIREARMS 
PURSUANT TO SECTION 30.06, PENAL CODE (TRESPASS BY LICENSE HOLDER WITH A CONCEALED HANDGUN), A PERSON LICENSED UNDER SUBCHAPTER H, CHAPTER 411, GOVERNMENT CODE (HANDGUN LICENSING LAW), MAY NOT ENTER THIS PROPERTY WITH A CONCEALED HANDGUN. 

PURSUANT TO SECTION 30.07, PENAL CODE (TRESPASS BY LICENSE HOLDER WITH AN OPENLY CARRIED HANDGUN), A PERSON LICENSED UNDER SUBCHAPTER H, CHAPTER 411, GOVERNMENT CODE (HANDGUN LICENSING LAW), MAY NOT ENTER THIS PROPERTY WITH A HANDGUN THAT IS CARRIED OPENLY. 

Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the premises. An exception to the restrictions described in this policy statement applies to law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties. No exemption to this policy is provided for private persons; even for those persons otherwise licensed and permitted to carry a firearm under state law. 

Damages 
We reserve the right to charge you for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including cleaning fees. Please let us know if something has broken during your stay or you have noticed something that requires our attention.  

All trailer items, décor, games, etc must be returned to The Range before your stay ends. Guests will be liable for any missing items. Items missing from the trailer after your stay may result in a charge to your credit card. 

Security and Safety Responsibility 
The Range is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or loss of any money or valuables. Management suggests that you keep your valuables locked up. Please report any problems or lost or stolen items to the Office immediately. 

Guests are responsible for their own safety while enjoying at their own risk the extensive property at The Range, including hiking trails, fields, pool and ponds. The Range is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By completing this booking, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.  

Guests hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner & Property from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, loss or liability (including  attorney’s  fees and expenses of litigation) for any and all property damage or personal injury arising from guests’ use of land and property by any cause. 

We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. The legal drinking age in Texas is 21 years. ID is required by all persons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages. 

Guests will be solely responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of the need to monitor alcohol intake and to drink responsibly. Travel to or from the premises while intoxicated or otherwise under the influence is extremely dangerous and is strongly discouraged by The Range. Guest agrees to pay, defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Range from any and all liabilities arising from, related to or caused by the consumption of alcohol on the premises by Guest and/or member of Guest’s party. 

This is a privately owned venue. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Lost and Found
Found items will be taken to our Store and held by management for a limited amount of time. Please contact us at (817) 713-8231 or info@therangevtr.com if you lost or left something during your visit. 

Accessible Facilities
Due to the nature of our vintage trailers, unfortunately we are not able to offer accessible accommodations. The Barn, including restaurant, covered porch and bathrooms, is accessible. 

Keys
Due to the nature of our unique trailers, our trailer keys can be difficult to replace. We charge $25 for lost keys. 

Communications
By staying with us, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and sales emails, as well as direct or automated emails regarding your stay with us. You may opt out of this correspondence at any time. 

Commercial Photography/Videography
Please email info@therangevtr.com to discuss permission for any commercial photography or videography. Please include a description of the project, budget and desired times and locations. 

Privacy Policy
The Range has created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on The Range website (the “Site”) is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement without notice.
Collected Information
We require customers who register to use the services offered on our Site (collectively, the “Service”) to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and email address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within the organization that will be using the Service. At the time you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you register for the Service, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. Customers can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked.
The Range uses the information we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Customer email addresses and personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and will send a Customer Newsletter. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by unsubscribing at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service.
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does The Range share user information with these parties.
Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information (“Data”). The Range will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or as may be required by law.
The Range may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.
Third-party Sites
The Site contains links to other websites. The Range is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others websites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
Security
We respect the privacy of your information and we take precautions to protect the information you share with us. We will comply with our credit card merchant bank’s requirements for the use and storage of your credit card information such as obligations concerning the security of your credit card numbers as well as any laws that apply to the use and storage of that information.
Although we cannot guarantee against loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or destruction of data, we use commercially reasonable security measures to protect you from such occurrences. You acknowledge that: (1) there are security and privacy limitations in computer systems and on the Internet which are beyond our control; (2) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the Site cannot be guaranteed; and (3) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with by a third party while such information or data is being used, transmitted, processed, or stored. 
Opt-Out Policy
The Range offers its visitors and customers a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice.
