Please read the terms and conditions below carefully. Your use of the website www.therangevtr.com and your completed booking constitutes your acceptance of these terms.  

Check In and Check Out 
Check In: 3:00pm (CST) for rental trailers and open sites
We require the online check-in form to be completed prior to arrival.

Check out: 11am (CST) for rental trailers and open sites
On the morning of departure, no further action is needed. Guests’ tabs will be closed on behalf of the guest and a 20% gratuity will be added to food & beverage charges, to be split among the serving staff.

Bookings and Payment
The full cost of your reservation will be charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until your credit card has been charged. 

All rates are exclusive of taxes, gratuities or service charges. All stays are subject to applicable local and state taxes plus a cleaning fee per rental trailer.  Rates are subject to change without notice. 

We accept all major credit cards. We accept cash and credit card for payment of goods and services while at The Range. We do not accept personal checks.  

You must be 21 or older to make bookings at The Range.  

People other than those listed on the booking reservation may not stay overnight in the trailer or on the property. Please contact us for written approval of your outside visitors; we offer day passes for $20 per outside guest. Guests may park at the store & use social areas.

This is a privately owned venue. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Cancellations & Changes
Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Please read the entire policy below.


Pool
The pool is open to adults and children from 8am to 8pm every day. No lifeguard is on duty. Glass items are not allowed in the pool area. Outside food and drink is prohibited per TABC permit. Persons under the age of 18 must not be in the pool or pool area without adult supervision.

Resort Fee
There is a one-time Resort Fee of $35 per site on weekend reservations. This includes a Board+Cork charcuterie box.

Good Neighbor Policy 
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. This is a privately owned venue,

Alcohol Policy 
Guests can bring alcohol on property to enjoy at their own site/trailer only. Outside alcohol cannot be taken outside of the guest’s site/trailer. Outside alcohol and outside food cannot be consumed at the barn, pool or any other communal area.

Parking
Complimentary parking on property is limited to 1 vehicle per site. Additional guest cars are $25 each. Parking on grass is not permitted. We ask guests to leave cars at their sites during their stay; driving to and parking at the barn, bathhouse or pool is not allowed, unless required for health reasons.

Housekeeping 
Your rental trailer and/or open site will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping service is not provided. However housekeeping service can be provided upon request for a fee if necessary. 

Pets
We are super pet friendly and would love to meet your animal companions, but pets are not allowed in our rental trailers, sorry. If you are bringing your own trailer and have pets, we ask you to please let us know when booking. All the usual rules apply. Owners must pick up after their pets all around the property and especially at your site. There may be a fee if you do not clean up.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in rental trailers. If you smoke inside your rental trailer, a cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged to your credit card. The non-smoking policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and cannabis. Smoking is not permitted in communal buildings, including the barn, bathhouse and store. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly when smoking outside.

Damages 
We reserve the right to charge you for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including cleaning fees. Please let us know if something has broken during your stay or you have noticed something that requires our attention.

Mattress protectors are provided in all rental trailers; if damage occurs to a mattress and the mattress protector was not used, the guest may be liable for all cleaning, repair or replacement costs.

All trailer items, décor, games, etc must be returned to The Range before your stay ends. Guests will be liable for any missing items. Items missing from the trailer after your stay may result in a charge to your credit card. 

Security and Safety Responsibility 
The Range is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or loss of any money or valuables. Management suggests that you keep your valuables locked up. Please report any problems or lost or stolen items to the Office immediately. 

Guests are responsible for their own safety while enjoying at their own risk the extensive property at The Range, including hiking trails, fields, pool and ponds. The Range is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By completing this booking, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.  

Guests hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner & Property from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, loss or liability (including  attorney’s  fees and expenses of litigation) for any and all property damage or personal injury arising from guests’ use of land and property by any cause. 

We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. The legal drinking age in Texas is 21 years. ID is required by all persons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages. 

Guests will be solely responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of the need to monitor alcohol intake and to drink responsibly. Travel to or from the premises while intoxicated or otherwise under the influence is extremely dangerous and is strongly discouraged by The Range. Guest agrees to pay, defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Range from any and all liabilities arising from, related to or caused by the consumption of alcohol on the premises by Guest and/or member of Guest’s party. 

This is a privately owned venue. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Lost and Found
Found items will be taken to our Store and held by management for a limited amount of time. Please contact us at (972) 210-2900 or info@therangevtr.com if you left something during your visit. The Range will hold any found items for 30 days for guest pick up. There is a minimum $25 charge plus postage to mail items back to the guest (sorry – it happens so very frequently!). Any unclaimed item(s) shall become the property of The Range.

Accessible Facilities
Due to the nature of our vintage trailers, unfortunately we are not able to offer accessible accommodations. The Barn, including restaurant, covered porch and bathrooms, is accessible. 

Communications
By staying with us, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and sales emails, as well as direct or automated emails regarding your stay with us. You may opt out of this correspondence at any time. 

Commercial Photography/Videography
Please email info@therangevtr.com to discuss permission for any commercial photography or videography. Please include a description of the project, budget and desired times and locations. 

Privacy Policy
The Range has created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on The Range website (the “Site”) is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement without notice.
Collected Information
We require customers who register to use the services offered on our Site (collectively, the “Service”) to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and email address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within the organization that will be using the Service. At the time you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you register for the Service, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. Customers can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked.
The Range uses the information we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Service we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Customers are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Customer email addresses and personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and will send a Customer Newsletter. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and customers can opt out of receiving any communication by unsubscribing at the time it is distributed, or at the time any customer registers for the Service.
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, we do not disclose to third parties the information provided. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does The Range share user information with these parties.
Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information (“Data”). The Range will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or as may be required by law.
The Range may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.
Third-party Sites
The Site contains links to other websites. The Range is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others websites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
Security
We respect the privacy of your information and we take precautions to protect the information you share with us. We will comply with our credit card merchant bank’s requirements for the use and storage of your credit card information such as obligations concerning the security of your credit card numbers as well as any laws that apply to the use and storage of that information.
Although we cannot guarantee against loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or destruction of data, we use commercially reasonable security measures to protect you from such occurrences. You acknowledge that: (1) there are security and privacy limitations in computer systems and on the Internet which are beyond our control; (2) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the Site cannot be guaranteed; and (3) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with by a third party while such information or data is being used, transmitted, processed, or stored. 
Opt-Out Policy
The Range offers its visitors and customers a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice.
