We fell in love with the land at first sight.
We knew with what we’re building that there would be no take backs on the land once we started. We wanted to make sure we were building something meaningful, unique, and ever lasting before the first break of ground.
Our main goal was to give guests privacy and community. With 30 acres and only constructing 20 sites hidden amongst the land, we knew we had plenty of room left to build more community spaces for guests to interact if they chose to.
